The Ayinger Pot Roast:

Delicious treats fresh out of the oven including knuckle of suckling pig, crispy farm duck, Ayinger beer sausages, beer-roasted pork belly and "Leberkäse" with their gravies. To this we serve mixed dumplings, sauerkraut and red cabbage with apple in bowls.
